崗位職責

  • 熟知不同類形的政府資助資料,包括申請條件、基本流程、所需時間等等
  • 要以電話,電郵及Whatsapp與客戶溝通,主要收集客戶文件,了解客戶與申請政府資助有關的需要及範疇
  • 整理及處理各類文件、掃描文件、資料輸入等等的文書工作
  • 整合公司各成員的溝通,令客戶成功申請政府資助
  • 配合公司發展及要求
  • 一般行政、會計及文書工作
  • 協助維持團隊日常運作

入職要求

  • 高級文憑或副學士學位(大學學歷優先)
  • 良好粵語及英文讀寫能力
  • 良好人際交往能力,善於與團隊溝通合作
  • 良好電話對答技巧
  • 具備基本的電腦技巧,MS Office及中英文打字
  • 可即時上班者予以優先考慮

全職企業資助顧問

崗位職責

  • 負責推廣及銷售各類型政府資助項目的申請服務,並利用交叉銷售(cross-selling)以探索潛在的新客戶
  • 通過確定客戶的需求,與潛在客戶和現有客戶建立良好關係,保持緊密溝通
  • 透過研討會,展覽和宣傳資料等機會,主動展開銷售活動,積極拓展新客戶
  • 提供優質客戶服務及處理各項查詢,並在有需要時提供銷售協助
  • 準備所有與銷售有關的文件(包括報價單,銷售訂單和發票)
  • 協助管理層展開銷售和營銷活動

入職要求

  • 中六或以上
  • 具銷售或推廣經驗優先
  • 過去有實現銷售目標的良好記錄,並在香港擁有良好的網絡
  • 良好粵語,具備基本英語及普通話溝通能力
  • 積極主動,注重細節,具誠懇服務態度,擅長與顧客溝通交流
  • 能夠在室內/室外工作並處理多項任務
  • 有良好顧客服務及出色的談判技巧,具親和力
  • 精通Microsoft Office應用程序

Business Consultant

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible and oversee the growth and profitability of the Company and report to the Managing Director
  • To develop Company’s business plan, set up long term and short term business objectives, policies, operating plans and monitor its implementation and achievement in align with Company’s mission, vision and objectives
  • To explore business opportunities for the benefit of the Company with potential business partners and clients, mainly focusing on Japan market
  • To lead the management to achieve the business goals and maintain its operation
  • Conduct presentation and sales to Japan client in order to acquire projects, credentials presentations to clients
  • Business support and partnership to business heads of different divisions, and hopefully expand the business to Japan

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems or related field
  • Strong leadership with business sense, presentable, good communication skills and coordination skills
  • Previous consulting experience in services industry, wealth management, Customer services, private equity, or government funding application is preferred.
  • Good commend of written & spoken English & Japanese (N2 or above)
  • High willingness to travel

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoice, contract, receipts, payments, accrual and journal vouchers.
  • Check staff expenses claims.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Perform daily accounting work
  • Input data into accounting software
  • Assist in month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments
  • (Immediate available is preferable)

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1- 2 years working experience preferable in Accounting work
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Accounting Software
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

Salary

  • HK$12K – HK$15K (Negotiable)
